| Shen Jing James is the senior vice president of RCG China and the chief representative of RCG Beijing regional office. He joined the Group in October 2006 and is responsible for the Group’s business development in the PRC. He has previously worked as sales manager and regional manager in several renowned multi-national companies. Mr. Shen received a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic and Computer Control from Beijing Polytechnic University and he has over 20 years of experience in sales and development in the information technology industry. | |

| Mr. Kenny Sim joined the Group in 2010 as a financial controller. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Kenny Sim had over ten years experience in corporate finance, investment management and banking, where he served in various capacities including as chief financial officer, executive director and financial controller of public listed companies. Mr. Kenny Sim is a Chartered Accountant of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants and a Certified Public Accountant of CPA Australia. He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and master’s degree in Finance from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Australia. |
