TERMS & CONDITIONS

RCG provides a one year warranty for RCG product ("Product"), commencing from the date of purchase under the following conditions:

(1) The Warranty Card must be presented together with the official purchase receipt or dealer's invoice when warranty service is rendered. Otherwise, RCG reserves the right to refuse the provision of free warranty during the warranty period.

(2) Repairing or replacement of product will be offered within one year upon our receipt of the product which has defect (provided that no external damage is found on the cabinet of the product). RCG will repair or replace non-consumable parts (excluding casing, accessories, batteries, cable and consumable) that are damaged under normal use (by judgment of RCG) at no additional charge.

(3) The customer is responsible for returning the defective product at his/her own expense.

(4) The warranty will automatically be waived if:

a. the product has been explicitly or implicitly modified, tampered with, altered or repaired in any way by anybody other than qualified technical people of RCG.
 
b. the product has been damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence, physical damage, abnormal voltage supply/power interruption, accident, fire, flood, natural calamities, improper transportation or other events beyond RCG control;or,
 
c. the product model number label or serial number label has been effaced or altered.

(5) A Fee (excluding material fee) will be charged at our discretion for any warranty service or out-of-warranty service under the following circumstances: if the product has been damaged caused by irrevocable natural calamities such as earthquake, fire, flooding, or if it has been malfunctioned due to misuse (such as fault voltage supply).

(6) RCG reserves the right to issue and cease this warranty. For any uncertain or doubtful occasion, after examination, RCG has the right to refuse to issue or to cease this warranty.

(7) On-site warranty service is valid in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region only.

(8) The product is not recommended for outdoor use.

(9) The warranty terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
