System(DAMS) |
DAMS (Device & Attendance
Management System) is designed to provide biometric & RFID devices and
attendance management for corporate clients with premises in multiple locations.
DAMS collects and manages staff attendance records from biometric devices
installed in an enterprise environment. Based on the verification of staff
identification at the entrances, the system could generate sophisticated staff
attendance reports and analysis data. On the one hand, DAMS could control
devices such as fingerprint recognition devices like i4, face recognition
devices like FxGuard and RFID devices like Active RFID reader.
DAMS
provides user maintenance function to maintain the security rights of user
profiles for access to DAMS functions. Multiple user groups can be created, in
typical the system built in two types of user: administrator and normal user.
The system provides a wide range of device management functions which include
device information display, configuration modification, device
re-initialization, life-cycle processing, and user profile templates
synchronization. The system interfaces with different applications through API
and common data definition in the database. It supports maintenance of
applications so that the system could always keep track of the current settings
of various applications.

DAMS can:
- Maintain and manage employee records,
movement history and contact information.
- Integrate with different kind of attendance
devices. Manage the up to 100 fingerprint devices. DAMS supports finger print
record broadcast among devices of same model.
- Manage multi user group and grant access
right based on different business requirement.
- Multi Languages, DAMS supports English,
Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese.
- Multi level department structure and multi
duty group to provide flexible roaster setup.
- Calendar view timetable, supports OT,
shift, alternate week and fixed-work hour duty.
- Enable manual in/out record modification.

- Comprehensive reports, with report and data
export to excel format.
DAMS consists of two series namely Standard
Edition (SE) and Enterprise Edition (EE).
DAMS SE is target for
single site deployment with employee number less than 100. DAMS SE is easy to
use, runs on a single computer and can support up to 100 staffs. DAMS SE enjoys
a very low installation and setup cost, you can connect and admin all the finger
print device by using existing LAN infrastructure. DAMS EE targets the SME,
corporation with multi sites and distributed management.

DAMS EE covers all the
features of DAMS SE with the following additional features:
- Web based Services, for leave application,
report and leave application approval.
- Sophisticated devices management, include
firmware upgrade, system upgrade, devices real-time status enquiry.
- Support RDBMS.
