Zone 1 - Intelligent Crowd Surveillance and Entrance Control

A stadium entry pass embedded with RFID tag will be issued to every stadium visitor.  Each visitor’s facial image will be captured at the entrance by surveillance camera to identify potential hooligans or suspected terrorists. To perform security check at the stadium entrance, visitors are required to verify their facial images together with their presence of entry passes at the biometrics kiosk.

Zone 2 - Buddy Concept, Mobile Security Control and IVS System Alert

In a packed stadium, visitors can locate their companion(s) within the stadium by verifying their identity at the biometrics information kiosk. To further enhance the security of the stadium, security guards can use the mobile PDA to capture individual visitor’s facial image for instant identity verification.

An intelligent video surveillance (IVS) system will be used to detect and identify suspicious objects in specified areas. Its automated real-time video processing capabilities can monitor a prescribed area to meet specific security needs.

Zone 3 - Point-of-Sale Terminal

At the stadium fan club lounge, visitors can enjoy fast and convenient experience for ordering food, beverages and souvenirs. Monetary values are pre-stored in the tag watch. By tapping their tag watch over the Point-of-Sale terminal, visitors can serve themselves with food and drinks freely and purchase souvenirs of the Game with ease.

The IVS system can also be used to prevent intrusion and unauthorized handling of objects in a specified area. The alert alarm will go off if an unattended party takes away the ‘guarded’ objects preventing theft or other potential threats.
