Enrolled VIP Banking Services Program

The growing and blooming economy in Dubai has created a profitable business environment for foreign investments. This leads to an increasing demand for premium and secure banking service with both local and international banks striving to pioneer their business in the sector. To meet the growing demand of premium and secure banking service, RCG has combined biometrics and RFID technologies to create an essentially non-intrusive experience for customers. The Enrolled VIP Banking Services Program aims to facilitate speedy verification of customer's identity, thus maximizing the security level and minimizing the time for queue-up, waiting and processing.

ZONE ONE - VIP Identification

An integrated security solution consists of surveillance camera and facial recognition technology which can be deployed at the bank entrance to perform automated customer identification. The system will be able to identify premium bank account holders and other types of account holders. This application can also alert bank staffs with customers' profiles thus enabling staffs to provide customers with personal VIP greetings and tailored made service for different customers' needs.

ZONE TWO - Priority Banking Kiosk

e-VIP Card is an RFID card that stores different kinds of biometric data of a cardholder. Face and fingerprint templates could be stored in the card, and the card can also support other templates such as voice and handwritten signature. Customers can enroll their fingerprints and facial images using a multi-factor verification kiosk. After enrollment, the cardholder ID can be verified via the system kiosk at the premium corner in the bank. The cardholder may register himself with two or more biometric features in addition to the presence of the e-VIP card for easy verification. Information such as account and bill payment status updates can also be provided at the kiosk with the verification of their fingerprints and facial images.

ZONE THREE - Access to the Vault and Safe

Besides ID verification, the e-VIP Card can perform a virtual access checking at the bank vault. Based on dual factor biometrics verification technology which includes fingerprint and facial image, bank vault owners can access the vault under a secure environment. Access to a particular vault will require double verification procedures. In addition to customer's fingerprint, an authorized bank staff's fingerprint will also be needed to ensure the secure access.
