Mobile Point of Sales System

RCG's Mobile Point of Sales System provides a mobility solution to the existing selling system. The system helps to improve the coverage of the selling system and extend the services. The client-server based architecture provides the ordering function for customers to place orders as well as billing function for service charge. The system is designed to equip high reliability and excellent respond time. MOPS can:

• Extend service coverage
• Increase inventory accuracy through synchronizing data with server.
• Enhance service level by retrieving different data from server.
• Provide accurate management statistics and reports (Sales, Inventory Report, etc.)
• Allow operator to calculate the fee and bill the customer accurately.
• Perform stock take feature.
• Allow operator to query inventory status, such as inventory location and inventory level.

MPOS is implemented as client-server architecture. Server itself will handle all data transaction from the clients, handheld terminals. Different roles will have different level of user access right to perform different functions. Such system allows operator to carry sales procedure at anywhere and anytime. A receipt will be generated for clients to collect their stocks. Meanwhile, the system will update the inventory level and record the sale data for reporting.
