Mr. Lo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, the United States. He is a practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Shen Jing James is the senior vice president of RCG China and the chief representative of RCG Beijing regional office. He joined the Group in October 2006 and is responsible for the Group’s business development in the PRC. He has previously worked as sales manager and regional manager in several renowned multi-national companies. Mr. Shen received a Bachelor's degree in Automatic and Computer Control from Beijing Polytechnic University and he has over 20 years of experience in sales and development in the information technology industry.
